DonorsDo I need to sign-up to donate?No. You don’t need to sign-up to donate. However, if you create an account, your donation will be tracked and you will be able to follow your past donations. How do I sign-up?Follow the instructions on our Create An Account page to sign up for a free donor account. Do I need to pay to sign-up?No. Signing-up for a donor account is free. What kind of fees will I pay and where are they going?Impact Foundation, while striving to always give the most to the community, does not charge ANY fee on top of your donation fee. Credit card processing fees are the only additional fee to your donation fee. Impact Foundation does not receive any financial compensation from gifts contributed through this website, and Impact Foundation will not share or sell any information obtained through this website. Who should I donate to?There are many, many nonprofits to choose from – you can search by keyword to find a nonprofit that fits your intentions. Search by keyword by visiting our nonprofit search page.

VolunteersHow do I search for volunteering opportunities?Follow the link to view our volunteering page. You can then use our non-profit database to browse or search nonprofits that fit your volunteering needs. How can I find a volunteering opportunity in my area?Follow the link to view our volunteering page. You can then use our nonprofit organization search, using city, state or county. Our search database will retrieve results based on the title, tagline and the summary of the nonprofit, giving you an accurate by-area search. Do they need me?Any nonprofit organization that has a Volunteer button below it is a valid volunteering opportunity. Do I need to sign-up to search for a volunteering opportunity?You do not need to sign up to access our volunteering opportunities. You do, however, need an Impact Foundation account to gain access to the volunteering opportunities. Signing-up only take a few minutes, and will give you access to countless other features on the Impact Giveback website. Follow theinstructions on our Create An Account page to set up your account.

NonprofitsWhy should I register my nonprofit with Impact Foundation?By creating an account with Impact Foundation you gain access to hundreds of volunteers, donors and targeted Impact events on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis. How do I register my nonprofit?Follow the instructions on the Register My Nonprofit page to get your account set up. Your account should be active within 24 hours. What fees should I expect to pay?There are two Nonprofit Membership plans available: Basic and Premium. When you create your account, you will start with the free GiveBack Basic account. After you create your account, you can then upgrade to a higher level Membership. GiveBack Basic membership is free and supports the basic functionality Impact has to offer. GiveBack Premium membership is $600/yr and supports all the GiveBack Basic features plus an array of planning, donation matching, reports, and advertising opportunities. Giving Cards
Impact Giving CardsHow is the Giving Card redeemed?Have your redemption code available and go to impactgiveback.org and click on redeem gift card. You will see a list of over 200 nonprofits to which you can donate. Can I choose more than one nonprofit?The entire amount of your Giving Card must be donated to one nonprofit. The amount cannot be split between two or more charities. How will I know if the Giving Card is redeemed?When the Giving Card is redeemed, you will be sent an email telling you what nonprofit was chosen and who redeemed the card. Why do I have to create an account?In case the card is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. What are the fees?Included in your purchase is a 3% fee paid to the credit card processor and a $2 per card handling fee for Impact Foundation. |
