-
Determining the Organization’s Mission, Vision and Strategy
-
Selecting, Supporting, and Evaluating the Chief Executive
-
Strategic Restructuring, Mergers, Joint Ventures, and Collaborations
-
Being a Fiduciary: Providing Financial, Legal, and Ethical Oversight
-
Ensuring Adequate Resources to Carry-out the Mission: The Board’s Role
-
Effective Organizational Planning
-
Being an Effective Board and/or Assessing the Board’s Performance
-
Enhancing the Organization’s Public Visibility and Standing
-
Monitoring Programs and Services
This training program will be lead by a team of experts from La Piana Associates of Emeryville, C.A.
