Impact Nonprofits carry a special status among their peers on the GiveBack website, being recognized as a nonprofit with commendable business practices, and achieving more visibility with donors as an organization with a sound level of operation, and accountability for results.
An Impact Nonprofit can be identified by the Impact Nonprofit Seal, which you can see on the right of your screen. When you search for nonprofit organizations, you will see this seal on the search results page for each Impact Nonprofit organization. The five accountabilities in operation required to be an Impact Nonprofit are:
Nonprofit organizations that do not have Impact Nonprofit status can strengthen the accountabilities listed above by participating in the Impact Institute. Institute participants have the following low-cost or free training and technical assistance available to them:

In addition, nonprofit organizations can search the Operational Effectiveness section of the GiveBack website for additional resources to build their capacity in the five areas of accountability listed above.
