Impact Capacity Building Seminars are one-day educational events designed to help nonprofit executives, board members and staff become more effective and successful. Capacity Building Seminars are geared toward individuals regardless of their experience. More sophisticated and experienced participants will be able to sharpen their thinking, while beginners will view the seminars as a solid introduction. All seminars contain didactic, participatory, and networking elements. Relevant readings and other resources will be provided. Our aim is not only to impart a better understanding of the subject matter, but also to inspire participants to take related action after the session. These seminars will help participants take what they’re doing to the next level and make an even more dramatic impact in the lives of the people they are serving.
