The Leader’s Guide to Strategic Planning

Institute strategic planning assistance is based upon the Leader’s Guide to Strategic Planning developed by Novus, LLC. The Leader’s Guide is designed to be used with a Novus, LLC planning consultant who will provide leadership throughout the process the first time the guide is used and then in subsequent years the Executive Director of an organization will generally assume this responsibility.

Eric Monson is the Managing Partner of Novus, LLC, and has over 20 years experience providing strategic business consulting services to nonprofit organizations and private businesses.
