The Impact Institute currently offers two programs on Volunteer Management. We also provide nonprofits the technical capability to market their volunteer opportunities on our website - ImpactGiveback.org.

Volunteer Management Training
The objective of this program is to help nonprofits better recruit, place, train, and retain volunteers. The program consists of twelve monthly sessions utilizing an interactive seminar format. The featured textbook is Volunteer Management by Steve McCurley and Rick Lynch.

Volunteer Management Leadership
A follow-up program to Volunteer Management Training, the interactive monthly sessions focus on continual learning and sharing best practices. Participants also will study a leadership process for effective implementation of program elements.
