High Impact Seal of Distinction

The High Impact Seal of Distinction is a pilot program designed to build the capacity of nonprofit executives and board leaders to take their organizations from functioning well, to superior performing, high impact organizations. This program teaches board leaders and executives how to implement the key practices of high impact nonprofits and gives them tools to transform their organizations – ultimately raising the standards of performance in the nonprofit sector.

- Developing an Organizational Development Plan
- Executive Leadership Training
- High Impact Board Training
- Organizational Plan Implementation
- An Annual Renewal
